Security Awareness & Dark Web Monitoring

Your people are the front line. We train and protect them.

Technology stops most attacks, but the rest come down to a person deciding whether to click. Short, ongoing training and realistic phishing tests turn your staff into a layer of defense instead of the weak point.

Why it matters

What's at stake for your business

People get targeted

Attackers know it's easier to trick an employee than to break in. Awareness changes the odds.

Leaked passwords get reused

When another site is breached, your employees' work email and passwords can end up for sale.

Training is often required

HIPAA, the FTC Safeguards Rule and many cyber insurers expect documented, recurring training.

Questions

Common questions

How do we stop employees from clicking phishing emails?

Combine filtering with training. Email security catches most malicious messages before they reach the inbox, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC stop criminals from spoofing your own domain. For what gets through, short ongoing training and simulated phishing tests teach staff what to look for, and a report button makes it easy to flag something suspicious instead of clicking it.

What is dark web monitoring?

When other websites are breached, usernames and passwords are often sold or published on criminal marketplaces. Dark web monitoring watches for your company's email addresses in those leaks, so we can force a password change before an attacker tries those credentials against your systems. It is part of our security awareness services.

What security controls do cyber insurance companies require?

Requirements vary by carrier, but applications commonly ask about multi-factor authentication on email and remote access, endpoint detection and response, tested and off-site backups, regular patching, and security awareness training. Answering "yes" when the control isn't really in place can put a claim at risk, so it pays to verify. We help clients complete these questionnaires accurately and close the gaps first.
