Monitoring & Patch Management

Problems caught and fixed before they reach your team

Most outages announce themselves early: a filling disk, a failing drive, a missed update. We watch every workstation, server and network device continuously and act on the warning signs before they turn into downtime.

Why it matters

What's at stake for your business

Unpatched systems get breached

Attackers exploit known holes within days of a patch release. Updates have to be applied and confirmed, not just scheduled.

Failures give warnings

Disk space, hardware health, backups and services all show trouble before they fail. Someone needs to be watching.

You can't manage what you can't see

An accurate inventory of every device, its age and its status is the foundation for budgeting and security.

What's included

Everything Monitoring & Patch Management covers

Device monitoring

Workstations, servers and network devices watched continuously for health and performance problems.

Alerting and reporting

Alerts route to our team for action, with reporting on the health of your environment.

Operating system patching

Windows updates applied automatically and verified, with risky updates assessed before rollout.

Third-party patching

Browsers, PDF readers and other common applications kept current, which is where many attacks start.

Asset tracking

An inventory of your technology with lifecycle visibility, so replacements are planned, not emergencies.

How it works

How we deliver it

  1. 01

    Deploy

A lightweight agent goes on each computer and server; network devices are added to monitoring.

  2. 02

    Baseline

We establish what normal looks like and set alert thresholds for your environment.

  3. 03

    Patch

Updates are risk-assessed, applied on a schedule that avoids business hours, and confirmed.

  4. 04

    Act

Alerts are worked by our team, usually before anyone in your office notices a problem.

Is it right for you?

A strong fit if…

  • You don't know whether every computer is actually up to date
  • You find out about problems when employees complain
  • You have in-house IT that needs better tools and coverage
  • An insurer or auditor has asked how you handle patching

Not sure? A free assessment reviews your environment and tells you plainly what you need and what you don't.

How it's delivered

We don't sell services one at a time. This service is delivered through our plans, priced on your actual devices, users and servers, so you only pay for what you have.

  • Monitoring Proactive monitoring and protection, with support when you need it. Built for businesses with in-house IT.
  • Managed A fully managed IT department: help desk, security, backup and vendor coordination.
  • Compliance Everything in Managed, plus the monitoring, training and reporting regulated industries need.

A free assessment tells you which plan fits and gives you an exact monthly quote.

What are managed IT services?

Managed IT means an outside team takes ongoing responsibility for your technology for a predictable monthly fee, instead of billing you hour by hour when something breaks. That covers help desk support, monitoring, patching, security, backup and vendor coordination. The goal is fewer problems in the first place, because issues are caught and fixed before your staff notices them.

We already have an IT person. Do we still need a managed service provider?

Often, yes, as a partner rather than a replacement. Our Monitoring plan is built to work alongside in-house IT: we provide the monitoring, security tooling and after-hours coverage one person can't, and your IT staff stays focused on projects and your people. It also means there is a documented backup when they are on vacation.

How often should business computers be replaced?

Plan on roughly every four to five years. Older machines fail more often, slow staff down, and may not support current security features or the latest version of Windows. Our security baseline calls for supported hardware under five years old, and we track the age and warranty of every device so replacements are budgeted rather than emergencies.
