Mobile Device Management
Company data stays secure on every phone and tablet
Email, files and client information live on phones now, and phones get lost. Mobile device management keeps business data protected and lets us lock or wipe a device the moment it goes missing.
Why it matters
What's at stake for your business
Phones get lost
An unprotected phone with company email on it can turn a lost device into a reportable breach.
Departures need a clean exit
When someone leaves, company data should leave their phone too, without touching their personal photos.
Setup should be consistent
New devices arrive configured and secured, instead of each person setting up their own.

How it's delivered
We don't sell services one at a time. This service is delivered through our plans, priced on your actual devices, users and servers, so you only pay for what you have.
- Monitoring Proactive monitoring and protection, with support when you need it. Built for businesses with in-house IT.
- Managed A fully managed IT department: help desk, security, backup and vendor coordination.
- Compliance Everything in Managed, plus the monitoring, training and reporting regulated industries need.
A free assessment tells you which plan fits and gives you an exact monthly quote.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) asks for a second proof, usually a code or an approval on your phone, on top of your password. Stolen passwords are the most common way attackers get in, and MFA blocks the vast majority of those attempts. It is part of our security baseline for every client, and most cyber insurance applications ask whether you have it on email and remote access.
What does a medical or dental practice need to be HIPAA compliant with its IT?
The HIPAA Security Rule requires a documented risk analysis, written policies, access controls, audit logging, encryption where appropriate, workforce training, backup and contingency plans, and business associate agreements with vendors that touch patient data. Compliance is ongoing, not a one-time checklist. Our Compliance plan covers the risk analysis, the technical safeguards and the documentation you need if you are ever audited.
